Robert and his understudy, Josh, came by to repair a broken plastic pipe that was tied to our sump-pump. The fix was quickly recognized and immediately repaired!This company, Haynes Plumbing, is now our new plumbing service provider as we only recently moved into the Lake of the Woods in Dec'21 and needed a plumber, fast!As a retired senior military officer/gov't executive, having any top-notch expertise around me on a moments notice was key to my success and how I've delivered capability over the past 30 years. I cannot recommend Haynes Plumbing Services enough! My hot water heater failed after power restoration from the Jan. 3, 2022 snow storm. I called on Sunday, the 9th simply to get in line for an appointment, hoping to get an appointment by at least the middle of the week. I received a call back with an appointment window of 1-5pm TODAY. Chase Scott was at my home by 1 this afternoon and I had a plan to replace the water heater and bring everything up to code within 30 minutes.Chase and his apprentice replaced my water heater and completed all necessary work in under 3 hours, staying a few extra minutes to ensure that everything was correct and there were no leaks! Amazing customer service! I have found my plumbing service company for life!

Can't say enough about the professionalism of this company from start to finish! I placed a call for service. The receptionist was very friendly, patient, and helpful as I tried to explain why we needed service without actually knowing the proper terminology for things lol. She quickly took my information and set us up with a date and time for service. Immediately after our call I received a confirmation email. Prior to that date of service, I received a text/ email reminder about our upcoming appointment.On the day of service, we received another text letting us know the name of the plumber that would be coming to our home along with his picture which I thought was a very nice touch and was very much appreciated! As it turned out our plumber, Junior was running ahead of schedule that day. Before just showing up early and unannounced -which has happened to me with other companies and it isn't always as convenient for the homeowner as one may think- he personally reached out to me and asked me if it was okay to come early. I agreed, he gave me an ETA and was here right on time! He was not only friendly but he was also extremely knowledgeable and gave us honest answers to questions we had regarding some plumbing issues in our home. Each time Junior and his assistant entered our home they placed disposable booties over their shoes which was nice because not everyone does that. They were quick to address our problems and even quicker about fixing them. Junior was also able to make a few suggestions for some upcoming repairs we were interested in getting an estimate for and really took his time to listen to our concerns. Junior and Haynes Plumbing earned every star they received from me and I definitely plan on using them again in the future!

These are “can do” people! Another service had given me a run around about installing the new faucet on my sink but Chase came in appraised the situation and said, “I can do this for you”! He was great: friendly, professional and capable. It was a real relief to have him be so nice and confident. Robert is an excellent technician. Very professional, efficient and friendly. The helper he had with him was excellent as well. They actually were able to come earlier than expected, but only with my approval. The sink, faucet and disposal instillation was well done. I highly recommend Robert and Haynes Plumbing Services.

Haynes plumbing recently installed a new water line at my house. Junior came out and put my mind at ease about our broken water line. He's absolutely a very talented plumber and very customer oriented. I would recommend him and this company for any plumbing needs. It’s rare to find a company that provides quality work from well trained professionals, that is so laser focused on providing customer satisfaction as well! This company stands behind the work it does, and was extremely quick to respond to a concern we had after a repair, and they provided a solution with out question, or any additional charges, even during week end hours! Although, it was no fault of their technician, but rather old preexisting, and poorly designed plumbing in the area of the repairs that they had worked on , this company corrected the problem we were experiencing immediately. We were shocked, but in a good way, because this type of integrity in a company is difficult to come by now. TJ and Chase were both skilled, and knowledgeable professionals with positive attitudes, and you knew the focus was 100% on providing outstanding customer service, and satisfaction. The company is well run, with excellent communication with it’s customers, and punctual service, and with upfront pricing. Almost sounds too good to be true, but it’s not. They more than earn their 5 star rating, and we will certainly use them again for any plumbing needed. Highly recommended!

TJ and the other employee whom I believe was named Jason, did an amazing job. They showed up a day earlier than expected, gave us a quick estimate to replace our water heater and went right to work. Everything was explained thoroughly, the pricing was better than expected and they did a great job. Additionally they made sure to explain what to look for should we ever have any issues in the future and took the time to explain everything that was being installed and how to maintain it. They were fast professional and very friendly. I would highly recommend Haynes Plumbing to anyone we know.
