Chase Scott of Haynes Plumbing was great. He came to investigate a spot that turned out not to be a leak. After, he upgraded our main water valve's handle and installed a new filtration unit to replace an older unit that was in a bad spot. He was thorough and did quality work. Chase was great - he was on time, very pleasant and professional, and he wore his mask (bonus points during the pandemic). He quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it. I appreciated receiving a text before he arrived complete with his name and photo so that I knew he was on his way and who would be coming. The price for the repair (we had a leaking bathroom sink) was fair as was the estimate for additional work that we requested. We would definitely use Chase and Haynes Plumbing again!

Our tech was a very professional gentleman named Chase Scott. Throughout my life I very rarely comment on good services, but in this case I felt it was necessary to highlight how great the technician was. We had a bad water heater replaced by the company. Extremely professional team. On time, prompt, had what they needed on the truck to fix the leak in our 17 year old hot water heater in the basement. Offered three quotes, complete replacement with 5 year warranty, complete replacement 1 year warranty, or repair the leak. Well priced on all three. Chase, who came out, was highly professional plumber, very friendly and polite.In a separate issue, not related to Chase, the company, or his actions, my wife thought the house might be on fire in the attic. Chase ran back in my house, climbed in the attic with me to locate and extinguish the potential source of the fire. Luckily, no fire, but Chase was willing to jump into the fray when most would not. Can't say enough about this company or Chase. Definitely will use again in the future for all my plumbing needs.

I don't leave many reviews. Mostly because the majority of services you get these days is mediocre. Its hard to find a company that seems like they actually care about their customers. I got that impression from Haynes. I called late in the afternoon after discovering a leak from a bathtub. Ashley answered and was extremely polite and helpful. She had a plumber (Junior) at my house the next day. He cut no corners in examining the pipe as the source of the leak was not obvious (this was late in the evening the day before Thanksgiving and I never got the impression he was rushing through the job). He came back the morning after Thanksgiving and repaired it no problem. The entire process was painless and professional. I would not hesitate to call Haynes again for any issues that may arise. Ashley and Junior were great.

My husband and I realized we had a critter in our main drain pipe that runs from the top of our house to the foundation. We didn't know what to do. My husband called Haynes and the plumber came to see what (if anything) he could do. Our biggest problem was to get to the main drain pipe, was to go between the water heater and another pipe. The area is so small, neither of us could fit. However, the plumber could. He was able to cut out a small section and look inside. He found a squirrel. With a lot of patience and a little manipulation, he was able to rescue the squirrel.He was very nice and professional. I would recommend Haynes, especially Junior, services to anyone.Thank you Haynes for helping us deal with a bizarre problem.

Excellent service! Quick Response! Great Customer Service!My main sewer line was clogged. Not a tough fix,, it's happened before. Rob came out and quickly dealt with the problem. He was courteous, professional, and generally nice to talk with.I was immensely satisfied by their customer service. I was not home on the day scheduled for the appointment. I was unaware that the town was paving the road in front of the house. Rob was unable to get to the driveway. Instead of being frustrated, both Rob and Ashely were perfectly professional. Not only were they not upset about the circumstances they scheduled an appointment for the very next day. That was a big deal for me because they could have put it off. Called Haynes Plumbing to repair a couple of leaks in the connections to and from the water bladder. Ashley was great with taking the info for the appointment and scheduling a day that worked for me. Rob was the plumber dispatched to my house. He arrived at the appointment time. After discussing my options with Rob, I decided in a new water bladder with a filtering system. I had a pretty old water bladder with no filtering system. The work he performed was 100% top notch. He relocated and ran the new pipe to accommodate the crazy of my house. He took the time to explain the water filter system and how to change the filter. Robb really went above and beyond and even dealt with me hovering while he and his helper worked. This whole company goes above and beyond. I got regular updates on when my appointment was coming, when the plumber was arriving, and even got a call from Ashley letting me know Rob was going to be a bit late coming back because he had to go to Fredericksburg for some parts. Will definitely be using them again!

We purchased a foreclosure home and needed some leaks repaired, a new hot water heater and sump pump. Unsure of how to go about these major projects. I had Haynes Plumbing come out to find and fix a small leak in my laundry room. Rob, the tech, was very professional and found the leak quickly. In addition, Rob noticed that one of the pipes on my hot water heater was badly corroded and recommended replacing it. Rob fixed both of these issues quickly and was very knowledgeable. We needed a shower/tub combo installed in our basement along with a new floor drain in the utility area. My request for an estimate was handled by a very competent and pleasant young lady. I was given a date and time for the techs arrival. Robert and his assistant arrived on time and after listening to what I needed done I was given an all inclusive estimate. Very competitive by the way. The work was scheduled and Robert along with his assistant once again arrived promptly and completed the job very efficiently and to a high professional standard. I noticed how they cared for my home by completely enclosing the work area in plastic sheeting preventing dust migration throughout my house. Afterwards, the work area was cleaned and debris removed. Finally, Robert asked that my wife and I inspect the work to ensure we were satisfied. A great experience all around with the entire Haynes team.

These folks are amazing. Incredibly friendly, professional, fast, and value for what they provided was exceptional. Haynes responded to fix a clogged and backing up sewer line in the basement...that evening (9 pm) I noted that it was backing up again...not overflowing, but clearly on the verge of it. I called their number expecting to leave a message. The call was immediately answered and 15 minutes later one of their techs was in my driveway. A second clog in the main line was found and cleared...tech said he suspected that the clog formed with from debris that was broken loose with additional flow after clearing the first blockage, but said that since they had been out here for the same problem he didn't feel right about charging me. So a 15 minute emergency response at 9 pm and resolving the problem, total charge...zero. They also ID's a broken flange that was exacerbating the problem, came in and fixed shoddy builder work...now everything is at it should be. System is working great, and the tech provided very helpful advice about how to keep it working great. So I reiterate...these folks are amazing. If you want the job done right...go to them, if you want friendly professional service go to them, if you want fast response even at odd hours go to them, if you want all that at an unbeatable price...go to them. And no I was not paid for this, nor did they even ask me to write it, but after an experience as positive as this one they have earned a 5-star review in my book.

My shallow well pump failed leaving us without water. I was thankful to get on the schedule for that afternoon. Junior was out by 1 pm and very respectful. Including his apprentice. Assessing the issue and they promptly made repairs. My water was back by 4:30pm the same day. Although the cost was expensive, the work was professional. Attention to details was observed with respectful responses to my questions.Don’t hesitate to call Haynes for service. If Junior is the standard, they will do well in business.

Had a sudden giant bathtub leak that resulted in loads of water dripping through the ceiling. Called Haynes Plumbing and they put me on the schedule that same day. The tech, Robert ("call him anything but late to dinner"), was very patient and professional. He took the time to show me what he was looking at, explained what work he thought should be done, answered my multitude of questions without acting rushed, and didn't pressure me at all when I elected to have only part of the work done. Obviously, I'm not a professional--Ha!--but the work I did have him do appeared clean and solid. Thank you!

My husband and I were blessed to have Junior as our lead technician. Our septic effluent pump stopped working (a previous plumbers dx). Him and his apprentice came out to the scene and quickly diagnosed the problem to be more of an electric issue. He saved us from having to get a new pump replacement (which would have been >$1800 or more) and he reassembled the PVC piping with up to standard materials. They were very knowledgeable (and patient) as we had many questions about our system. We am so grateful to the team for getting us a quick assessment and solution to our situation. God sent! I will definitely recommend them for septic tank consultations.

We had an emergency with our septic on a Friday evening and a holiday nonetheless! I had never used a plumbing service in Northern Virginia. I noticed that many plumbing services were already closed, but Haynes Plumbing offered 24/7 service. I called and got an immediate response, and within 2 hours Junior Johnson and Larry Beavers were knocking on our door. I’ve had so many bad experiences with companies over the years. There is always a “hiccup” that ends up costing more when the work is started, but not with Haynes. We had a water leak between the meter and the house. Junior and his team are the most professional and hard working gentlemen I’ve ever had work on the house. At almost noon, I found a small puddle in my basement. I knew the toilet directly above had been running, but I thought it was just a bad flapper and I’d get around to replacing it. Junior Johnson of Haynes Plumbing just completed an extensive job for us. First, he and his assistant put together a steel wash tub for us and connected to our water system. He also installed a new pressure reduction valve into a more appropriate place (replaced valve was over 30 years old). And he redid plumbing to remove old non-working water softener. His poor assistant had to carry the old unit up our basement stairs. Fantastic customer service and unsurpassed workmanship! They will handle all my future plumbing needs.

Junior was timely and professional and went to great care to investigate the problem and minimize the wall damage needed to find and fix our leak. Once again Haynes plumbing gave us professional service and piece of mind. This visit on April 25, 2019 was led by Lee Fox, assisted by Tyler. We had a leak from the shower we needed diagnosed in order to select remediation and we wanted our sump pumps checked and cleaned as necessary. Lee and Tyler took care of both tasks. We've hired them for a couple jobs over the last year. They were great with discussing the why's and how's and repair options to let us choose. In this situation we chose to be proactive by requesting them to expand the original job scope and get the repairs/replacements done at once we previously already knew we had in all the bathrooms. John was prompt, friendly and professional. I had a few things I needed addressed and he answered all of my questions and I never felt rushed. He explained everything thoroughly and gave me options for some repairs as well. He was thorough and neat, even climbing inside the "box" that houses our sump pump to sweep up a mess that was leftover from a previous repair! I felt his pricing was fair, and he even did a few little maintenance items at no charge. I would highly recommend Haynes Plumbing and I now feel like I can say that "I have a plumber"!

Mr. Haynes fit me into his schedule when I needed to swap out my broken hot water heater in a hurry. He was very thorough in his preassessment and in his explanations when answering my questions. He is open and friendly in his demeanor and quick and clean in his work with great attention to detail. I am very happy with the outcome. Everything looks great and works beautifully. Lee Fox did a great job for us. He was professional and efficient. He answered all my qustions with courtesy and clarity. We have an old house that has accumulated a number of minor and some major issues over the years. Today, Mr. Fox replaced one faucet, repaired another and fixed a small leak. I cannot think of how he could have done a better job or have been more helpful. The price of today’s work was very reasonable. We will be using Haynes plumbing for all our work from now on.

I wish there were more stars available for John Haynes and his plumbing company! He is awesome! The best in the business! Just today we had a pipe burst at our home, on a Sunday. Our short fix was turn off the water! I texted John and asked if he could put us on his short list for his first available on Monday. He said he would be there within an hour.... on a Sunday!!! John was promptly on time as always and fixed our pipe quickly! John is a true professional and a master at his craft! Most plumbers have to go to a store for a part, not John he has everything with him! We have hired John for our personal residence, our commercial properties and referred him to many other happy customers! 5 stars++++++++ John Haynes Plumbing is superior and the best!!

We've used Haynes for replacing heating elements in our hot water heater, clearing out a hair-clogged shower drain and most recently to resolve a broken vent tube in our roof. We called on Monday asking for an appointment about noisy pipes, a ticking sound, irregular pressure, and water taking long to heat up. Robert Richard came on Wednesday, found the problem and was able to go and get a new water heater, bring it back to the house and install it. Then he fixed the pressure problem we were having and installed a water filtration system that we badly needed. I chose Haynes Plumbing because they had a 4.9 Google review. It is well earned. I give them, especially Robert a 5! Thanks Haynes!
