The best thing about this business and Junior, is that they make it a priority to be as least invasive as possible as far as earth moving, and how much work was done on the actual home. He replaced our entire main water line in a day, and his employees were kind, courteous and polite. The work was done in one day, and the site was inspected and repaired the following - when the county inspector did his work.We are now a few weeks after the repair, and everything holds up flawlessly. He (Junior) even ensured the piping in our basement was installed in a much more efficient and "minimalist" design. If we have to, we will use this business again.I can't thank the guys at Haynes Plumbing enough, and I would recommend their services to anyone. I'd give them six stars if I could.

    Richard was excellent! About a month ago, Richard repaired my low-flow water pressure issue and explained why the situation occurred, he gave excellent suggestive preventative maintenance to ensure the situation didn't reoccur. Haynes plumbing provided amazing customer service and they were able to do same day service to correct our low-flow water issue. Pricing is competitive. They will be my go-to service provider for all things plumbing moving forward.

    TJ came out in a timely manner early the next morning as scheduled after I'd called Haynes' office the day before about my dripping water heater. Professional and nicely mannered, he explained my options and prices and then customized the arrangement of those choices and their costs where he could to suit me. I appreciated the detailed & itemized estimate he produced and the confidence that I was able to understand and justify each item. It was also reassuring that it would all be to the latest code. To be able to have it completed the same day as the estimate was a bonus.

    We had used Haynes Plumbing twice before and were pleased with their work. This time we had a water main leak, and we knew exactly who to call. Junior Johnson came immediately to assess the situation and set up an appointment to replace the water line from the meter to the house. He and his crew came right on time with all the equipment necessary to complete the job, including the underground horizontal drilling machine. Digging only needed to be done near the water meter; everything else was done underground. They worked diligently, and were careful of shrubs and plantings. When they were done, they even planted grass seed! We couldn’t have asked for better service! Thank you, Haynes Plumbing!

    The whole process from setting up an appointment to the text and email messages letting you know who your plumber is and when they will arrive is extremely simple and convenient.
